Management of Pedagogical Supervision and Teacher Performance in the Teaching of English in Peru

This research was done to determine the relationship between supervision and teacher practice in an English teaching center with a high student population Lima Perú. is quantitative approach basic type study non-experimental transversal design where 5 7 point Likert-type-scale questionnaires were used provide data that analyzed descriptive inferential statistics. A non-probabilistic sample of intention or convenience select respondents. 210 teachers from different branches selected respond questionnaires. analysis statistics interpret results on supervisors functions performance level each one areas after supervisory service had been offered. To contrast for hypothesis test (content knowledge discipline, skills, contextual knowledge, learner-focus teaching, professionalism), Spearman correlation coefficient used. direct, meaningful found. The current will benefit other language centers management implement changes improvements result better achievement.
